Youngdevs and partners have launched an improved machine learning model that delivers probabilistic precipitation weather forecast at kilometer-scale resolution, updated every day for selected African countries.

For African Governments and national meteorological agencies, this marks a major leap forward. Traditional models refresh only a few times per cycles, leaving critical gaps as storms evolve rapidly. This new model closes that gap by fusing ClimAgri satellite data with advanced modeling to deliver kilometer-scale probabilitic guidance with forecasts up to 36 hours.

The Result: earlier, more confident decisions across key industries- helping agencies act sooner, allocate resources more effectively, and protect communities.
